Refund Policy

Rental Policy — The Design of Goddess

At The Design of Goddess, each costume carries sacred energy and care.

To ensure a harmonious experience for all our clients, please review our rental terms below.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Costumes can be picked up in Dublin City Centre or Dublin 6 (Rathmines).

  • Delivery may be available via motorbike courier or postal service (Post Office), depending on availability.

  • Any delivery or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Collection & Return Time

  • Costumes are available for collection up to 24 hours before your event.

  • All items must be returned within 24 hours after the event.

  • Late returns will incur an extra daily rental fee (per costume/day).

 

Deposit & Damage Policy

 

​      A refundable security deposit is required for each rental.

  • The deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the costume in its original condition.

  • In case of damage, loss, or alterations, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Care & Cleaning

 

  • Professional cleaning and energetic purification are performed by our team after each rental.

  • Please do not wash or alter the costumes yourself.

 

 

Cancellations

 

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund (excluding processing fees).

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
