Rental Policy — The Design of Goddess
At The Design of Goddess, each costume carries sacred energy and care.
To ensure a harmonious experience for all our clients, please review our rental terms below.
Delivery & Pickup

Costumes can be picked up in Dublin City Centre or Dublin 6 (Rathmines).

Delivery may be available via motorbike courier or postal service (Post Office), depending on availability.

Any delivery or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Collection & Return Time

Costumes are available for collection up to 24 hours before your event.

All items must be returned within 24 hours after the event.

Late returns will incur an extra daily rental fee (per costume/day).
Deposit & Damage Policy
​ A refundable security deposit is required for each rental.

The deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the costume in its original condition.

In case of damage, loss, or alterations, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Care & Cleaning

Professional cleaning and energetic purification are performed by our team after each rental.

Please do not wash or alter the costumes yourself.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund (excluding processing fees).

Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
