Pick-up arrangements
At least 72 hours before your rental date, please contact us to confirm availability and arrange the costume pick-up.
The costume will be available for collection up to 24 hours before the rental day.

We will confirm the time and location together in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

The costume must be returned within 24 hours after the event.
Please do not wash the costume. All costumes are professionally cleaned and maintained by us to ensure quality, hygiene, and preservation of the pieces.
Late Return Policy
• If the costume is returned after 24 hours, a late fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged.
• If the costume is returned after 48 hours, the full rental price will be charged again, as the costume may be unavailable for other bookings.
This policy exists to ensure fair availability of costumes for all clients and to prevent misuse of extended possession.
If you anticipate needing extra time, please contact us in advance so we can check availability and arrange an extension when possible.
